How to love life again?
Funny topic, huh? Well, not for everybody, I can guarantee that. Because, no matter how much you think you have all figured it out, you still have those moments when you ask yourself whether it is all worth it to continue living. Sometimes you may feel like a puppet of the universe, and other times as if you are expected to follow a script. Believe me, it is a challenging thought. However, you are all strong people, and I know that you'll eventually win over these dark thoughts. Here are some proven ways(proven by me) to help regain your long lost love for life:
- Stop thinking about life. I'm sure it sounds pretty easy. However, to stop thinking about a matter that constantly finds its way into keeping you awake countless nights, which is a more precise way to put it, can be quite a task. The secret is to focus on your breathing. You'll instantly feel more relaxed. You'll also involuntarily relax your face muscles. Afterwards, you can concentrate on various sounds. Picking a sound or a person's voice from distance and focusing on its intensity will help you get away from unwanted thoughts.
- Find yourself a hobby. Piece of cake. Just find something that sparks your interest. Set a goal and begin your own personal project. For example. you have always loved watching shows about people traveling to different countries, however your desk job doesn't allow you, and your vacations are too short to do something else besides filling up those short hours of sleep. In this case, try to think out of your comfort zone. Try freelancing, or even get a gap of 1 or 2 years for traveling the world.
- Be reckless once in a while. I know, this one sounds really fun. Be reckless and foolish, and hasty, but cautious, responsible and careful. Do something rash, just so that you can say that you are not perfect(just kidding).
Love yourself and you'll eventually love life again!
