It's not shameful to be scared of changes. Well, it is hard, can't argue with that,  and takes a lot of courage. But life is about taking risks. By the way, I hate that phrase! Life is NOT about taking risks. Life is about enjoying your own life to the extant that smiling won't be a forced gesture of politeness.

1. Fear of being judged.
Yes guys, I feel you. That moment when you finally find the motivation to change a habit of yours, a career, or perhaps your spouse, suddenly the society factor pops in, as always. You begin thinking about possible feedbacks, you visualize yourself dealing with their SO not-called for opinions. In the end you get tired and think of quitting, even before actually starting. Well, we don't want that! We want you to be strong. We want you to be the winner. I'm not saying that you should ignore, because we know that trying to is pointless. I'm saying that you should prioritize yourself as an individual, before anyone else. In short, BE SELFISH!
2. Fear of failure.
Self-doubt is your enemy. Confidence is the way to go. We don't live in an age were failure is looked upon as "shameful on you and your family". On the contrary, it has become a step toward achieving success. Nowadays people tend to be more casual toward serious stuff,  making them less emotional attached. On one hand, success is not as a big deal as it used to be in the past. On the other hand, failure is a lot easier to accept and get over with.
3. Stress.
It's absolutely normal to want to minimize the amount of stress in your life. Maybe it's not even about stress, maybe it's the entire bothersome situation when you have to start something from scratch after all the effort you've put into your previous work. Not pleasant at all!

For my final statement, you should never fear changes, because if you do you'll only hurt yourself! Isn't that amusing...
